Dialysis Center Takes 13,000 SF in Soho

Medical Organization Signs 15-Year Deal on Centre St.

Lower Manhattan Dialysis Center signed a 15-year lease for 13,000 square feet at 202 Centre St. in Manhattan's Soho neighborhood. The deal includes a five-year option to renew.

The six-story, 39,000-square-foot office building was built in 1912 and is located at the corner of Hester and Centre streets, near Chinatown. Asking rents at the property are in the $40-per-square-foot range.

Lower Manhattan Dialysis Center is relocating from 150 Lafayette St., a 100,000-square-foot office building located nearby.

Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties Inc. handled the deal for Lower Manhattan Dialysis Center, while Centre Hester Realty LLC represented the landlord, 202 Centre Street Realty.
