Banc Cafe is
newest big attraction

Citywide Properties, Inc.
announced that Banc Cafe has signed a lease for 6,000 s/f at 384 Third Avenue
This is the cafe's second location in the Murray Hill area, which is fast
becoming a haven for ethnic restaurants, according to Maria Majerovsky, of
Citywide Properties, who represented the landlord in the long term lease deal.
Abe Bichoupan of C.R.E.S.T.,
Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction and Maria Majerovsky of Citywide
Properties represented the owner of the property, where asking rents are $100
psf. Said Majerovsky, "Banc Cafe is a sleek bar, restaurant, lounge with a
diverse menu of American and french cuisine which already has a well established
presence with a loyal following.
"Their new location will be a welcome addition to the area where a slew of
ethnic restaurants, new boutiques are making the neighborhood popular with chic
young professionals.
"The area's close proximity to the midtown business district is drawing more and
more residents into the neighborhood."
